Continuing in our tradition and commitment to producing exceptional, ethically made goods that support those who make them, RoHo is proud to introduce our new Asili Collection, a beautifully curated home goods line. We honor the craftsmanship of our new line, aiming to create the kind of pieces our customers love to own and are proud to display.
The Swahili word, Asili, is the inspiration behind our collection. Meaning nature, source, origin and beginnings, RoHo has expanded our home goods vision, taking products from nature that are beautifully repurposed to make one feel good in the spaces they live and work.
Our exquisite bone beads, carved by hand along the coast of Kenya will compliment any interior design and adds a lovely textured element to any room. Our Juju Hat Wall Décor, handmade by the Bamileke tribe in Cameroon, was once used as a ceremonial headpiece worn by royal dancers symbolizing prosperity. Handmade from chicken and wild bird feathers attached to bamboo, these works of art are a stunning addition to a space. Our beaded coasters are handmade using glass seed beads, influenced by traditional Maasai patterns. Available in three colors, they make a lovey accent feature. Lastly, our mudcloth and leather pillows are sure to be a favorite. We've taken soft, resilient Malian mudcloth and paired it with buttery leather to give you super stylish, heirloom quality pillows. To add texture and dimension, we chosen to use vegetable tanned goat leather that's sustainably sourced in Kenya.
We know you will love these new products, just as we have loved designing them, working closely with the makers to bring these products to you.
