FAQ - (Not Accordion Style)
My shoes aren't exactly like I saw online
We believe these shoes a work of art in that they're handcrafted by our artisans. There may be slight variations between each pair due to their handmade nature.
Do these get more comfortable? They seem stiff.
Just like a new friend it takes time to relax and get comfortable. We suggest wearing your RoHos for short periods until they feel like slippers!
Should I keep the plastic between the toes?
Every relationship is different and so is every foot! We recommend keeping the plastic tubing in because it prolongs the life of the leather. That said, if you find the plastic uncomfortable, it is fine to carefully cut them out.
Why do my shoes have numbers on them?
Our shoes come to us in European/Kenyan sizes, which we convert for ease of our customers. Don't worry if the size you're given isn't your typical European size! Kenyan sizes tend to be slightly smaller.
I'm interested in selling RoHo shoes in my boutique/pop up etc.
Please email wholesale@loveRoHo.com for our lookbook and more information.
What is the turnaround time on products and reorder availability?
Generally we stock enough product each season that allows our customers to re-order as needed. Special/custom orders may take up to eight weeks depending on the quantity desired.
I'm traveling to Kenya! Can I meet the RoHo artisans?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. Our artisans are based in an area on the US Travel Warning List. Hopefully this will change soon and we can begin tours!
Does RoHo have anything else planned for the future?
Do we ever! We will be introducing jewelry lines, key chains and West African Textile. Check back in with us frequently for updates!
Please see our Return/Exchange Policy page for more information and remember these are handmade products and therefore no two items are identical. It is exactly what makes them so special!
