Caleigh Hernandez, Founder & CEO

Caleigh is RoHo's founder and shoe fanatic. Some would call it fate, but her first words were "new shoes". She's rocked everything from Barney slippers to pink cowboy coots. Her passion for social change on the African continent led her to develop RoHo. Caleigh isn't only about pretty shoes though. She graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with honors. Upon graduating, she accepted a Princeton in Africa fellowship where she worked for the International Rescue Committee in Kasulu, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya. While attending the 2015 Clinton Global Initiative University Conference, she was named a Resolution Fellow for RoHo, which awarded her seed money and mentorship. Since then, she's been off the ground running, as RoHo was selected as one of 50 projects featured in the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth Solutions Report as well as in Forbes. In her free time, Caleigh enjoys hiking, baking high caloric desserts, puppy videos and expanding her shoe collection. Lindsay McTavish, Director of Operations

Lindsay listened to her father's advice when he said "Work is the cheapest form of entertainment. Born in Canada to British parents, Lindsay has lived and worked in many states as well as abroad. Her specialty (and degree) is working with smaller start ups and she loves being involved in a company she feels passionately about. Lindsay spent many years working in the upscale gift and market business, wholesaling to galleries and boutiques in the US and Europe. She received her degree in Small Business Management from Humboldt State University and calls Santa Barbara home. In addition to giraffes, she loves all four-legged friends. Lindsay@RoHoGoods.com
